I am starting this blog as a log. Wow , that sounds weird. No intent on rhyming. (: I am here to log on and have a start and end result. A way to see where I was and where I end up.So here is a little about me and why I want to become healthy and skinny.
I am a twenty seven year old small town girl. Grew up in Mobile, Alabama all of my life. Love it here. I am married to a guy who most everyone refers to as "A" ( for Allen). We had a baby in January of last year. He is a total dollface who we call "Lp" ( Lance Parker). Why all the names called by letters or initials.. that I cannot answer just something that kinda just fell into place. If you guess that they call me "B' well you are right...for Breanna. I work at a local hospital as a Cardiology Nurse's Assistant. I love to shop, travel, wine and paint and of course Alabama Football.
I have a thyroid condition called hypothyroidism (Hypothyroidism is a condition in which the thyroid gland does not make enough thyroid hormone.) In which one of the side effects is weight gain. That still does not give me a reason to be fat. That means I am just going to have to work harder to get it off and KEEP it off.
I am sure all people who are fat would love to be skinny. And of course if it were easy to get skinny then everyone would do it. I hope to make a spot in the blog world to show women it can be done. With a effort and hard work all goals CAN be accomplished.
Most people say do not start off by saying " I want to loose ____ lbs". Do something realistic well...I have so much to loose I will throw it out there. My first goal is 100lbs. I want to accomplish that before I go further. I am well aware that it will not happen overnight or in a few months. It is a lifestyle change. I am tired of who I have become and they only person that can change that is me , myself and I .
So I will start off by laying out the facts.
Starting Weight: 293lbs.
I plan to make every Sunday "Blog Day", where I log in post and give you my weight. Truth. I will weigh everyday like I have over the last week. Logging it into MFP (My Fitness Pal). I hope that once I have reached my goal I can have my blog and MFP stats printed out and binded into a book. So that it is a constant reminder of who I was and my transformation.
Thank you for all your support!
